Widespread wind scoured old snow surfaces above 6,500’, with new wind drifted snow mostly isolated to middle/lower positions of easterly slopes and gully bottoms. Old snow was softening to a corn-like surface, decent skiing, on slopes facing the minimal/filtered sunshine. New snow was becoming moist on these same aspects. Less scouring to old snow near treeline, below 6,500’.
