Strong western winds loading on the east side of ridges. Gusts at the saddle of white pine/chicken hill at 1pm reached 45-50 mph. Visibility poor but not as bad as expected. The storm did not produce any significant snow until later in the day. SW facing areas were fairly scoured with poor coverage on boulders and fence posts.
