Booted up through the woods to do a low angle lap on the meadows on the low shoulder of Max's. Triggered 5-8 large whoomps in most of the open meadows that I entered. Thin breakable rain crust on the surface up to maybe 1600 feet. Didn't see much wind effect. Riding conditions were quite bad where the crust was, good above that. Still lots of alders exposed, they are navigable but not great riding yet. The woods are possibly skinnable and ridable if you are feeling frisky.
