Lo esencial

The avalanche danger will again be mostly LOW today but may rise to MODERATE with daytime heating. This will be more pronounced in the lower and mid elevations where the snowpack will be more wet. Avoid steep slopes when they become overly wet, sloppy and punchy.

Snow and Weather

It was cloudy most of the day on Saturday with daytime high temperatures a bit cooler than on Friday. Highs were in the mid 30s. Overnight low temperatures were around 30 in the higher terrain.

We'll see mostly clear skies today with high temperatures in the mid 40s. It'll be about 5 degrees warmer on Monday.

We have a decent looking storm moving in late Tuesday and lingering for a few days. As of now, it looks like we could pick up 10 inches of new snow by the time it's all done. Stay tuned!
