Forecast Snow Stability: The snowpack will remain generally stable in all locations. Strengthening winds will lead to the build up of isolated pockets of shallow windslab mainly on North to East aspects above 800 metres. The avalanche hazard will be Low.

Forecast Weather Influences: Light North-West winds back to South-Westerly and become very strong during the day. Dry until late afternoon when some rain arrives. Summit temperatures will rise above freezing in the afternoon. Observed Weather Influences: It was a mainly dry day with light Northerly winds. The freezing level was around 800 metres.
