The avalanche danger is MODERATE today and human triggered avalanches remain possible on steep, wind drifted slopes. A triggered wind slab also has the potential to step down into a buried, persistent weak layer causing a deeper and more dangerous avalanche. You are most likely to encounter a persistent weak layer on steep, shady, northerly facing slopes. Most low elevation and south-facing terrain have LOW danger.

Grooming: The Hart's Draw road has been recently groomed to 70's Flat.

It should be another beautiful day up in the mountains with sunny skies and high temps approaching 30 degrees. SW winds will increase later today bumping up into the 15-20 mph range along ridge tops. A fast-moving storm system will brush by to the north on Sunday, but conditions will remain dry for us through mid-week. Our next chance for snow is looking like Thu-Fri but it's still too far out to say.
