Wet snow represents the main danger. The avalanche prone locations are to be found in particular adjacent to ridgelines in all aspects above approximately 2000 m.

In some localities 0 to 2 cm of snow will fall above approximately 2000 m. Adjacent to ridgelines a low avalanche danger will prevail.
In isolated cases new snow is lying on a wet old snowpack. The new snow remains in some cases prone to triggering in all aspects at high altitude.
In some localities 0 to 20 cm of snow will fall above approximately 2000 m.
