Avalanche Activity

The new snow and wind slabs represent the main danger. In particular in the south and at the base of rock walls mostly small moist loose snow avalanches are possible as a consequence of warming.

As a consequence of warming and solar radiation, the natural avalanche activity will increase. Moist avalanches can occur naturally.

Snowpack Structure

The old snowpack will become generally well bonded.
