These should be easy to manage, but could be problematic if traveling on steep slopes above cliffs or exposed rocks. Although unlikely, there is a small chance of triggering an avalanche that breaks into deeper weak layers in pockets of older wind-hardened snow. Sheltered slopes will offer safer riding options.
