Lo esencial
The general avalanche hazard is LOW in the morning and will INCREASE to MODERATE in the afternoon. As temperatures warm and the snowpack softens the hazard will increase. Wet loose and wet slab avalanches could be human triggered on very steep snow covered slopes once significant warming has occurred and have the potential to step down to the ground. In addition dangerous dry slabs could be initiated by humans, especially by larger triggers such as snowmachiners, on very steep upper elevation slopes in the afternoon. Our last advisory of the season will be issued on Sunday.
