Avalanche Summary

Strong west to northwest winds have and will continue to drift a small amount of new snow. Given the spotty pre-existing snow cover, drifting will occur in a disconnected pattern. If you encounter a fresh drift on a steep slope, move around it to avoid triggering an avalanche.
