The general avalanche hazard is MODERATE in steep wind loaded upper elevation starting zones, steep gullies and cliff areas where loose snow sluffs and dense winds slabs up to three feet in depth could be triggered. The general avalanche hazard is LOW below 8,000 feet where mostly stable snow exists and avalanches are unlikely except in isolated pockets.
