Avalanche Activity

In all aspects and in places that are protected from the wind only isolated small snow slides and avalanches are possible above approximately 1600 m.

Thus far only isolated small snow slides and avalanches are possible in particular adjacent to ridgelines and in gullies and bowls.

Snowpack Structure

The weather conditions as the day progresses will give rise to slight moistening of the snowpack in some cases. In addition the rather small wind slabs in places that are protected from the wind are capable of being triggered in very isolated cases.
