Avalanche Summary

Expect relatively safe avalanche conditions due to the lack of snow cover. Look for and avoid wind-drifted areas. You will most likely find these wind drifts below ridgelines and in high-elevation gullies and couloirs that face northwest to north through east. Avoid these areas, and you can avoid the danger.
