Little rain will fall in some localities.
As a consequence of warming during the day, the likelihood of moist and wet avalanches being released will increase gradually in particular on steep sunny slopes above the tree line. The wind slabs of the last few days can be released, especially by large additional loads, in particular on steep shady slopes. The avalanches are small.
Snowpack Structure
On sunny slopes hardly any snow is lying. The surface of the snowpack has frozen to form a strong crust will soften during the day.
