Overall the avalanche danger is generally LOW. Places you still might be able to get something to crack out would be steep slopes of 40 degrees or so on the east half of the compass near the ridgelines. Continue to follow backcountry protocol by only putting one person on a steep slope at a time and don't regroup at the bottom of steep slopes.

Current Conditions: Riding conditions remain excellent in many areas with no tracks and out of the wind affected areas. The snowpack is mostly stable right now with no significant weak layers that are standing out to me.

Mountain Weather: It's going to be another gorgeous day in the hills today with ridgetop high temperatures around 30˚F and southwest wind increasing in speed just a bit this afternoon. Saturday looks fairly nice also although we'll see clouds moving in ahead of the next storm. Sunday we should see snowfall that will linger into Monday producing around 8 inches of new snow.
