Avalanche Activity

The avalanche danger will increase a little during the day.

The avalanche prone locations for moist avalanches are to be found in particular on very steep sunny slopes above approximately 1900 m. Small and medium-sized avalanches are possible in particular on very steep sunny slopes. Avalanches can be released, in particular by large loads. Ground avalanches are possible as the penetration by moisture increases.

Snowpack Structure

The weather conditions will give rise to increasing moistening of the snowpack.
