Overnight lows in the mountains will be near 20 below zero before rising into the negative single digits during the day. Northwesterly ridgetop winds will veer to the northeast at 5 to 15 miles per hour.The General Avalanche Hazard is expected to be LOW at all elevations across Western Wyoming on Monday.
