Avalanche Summary

Wind-drifted features at higher elevations are the places where you could trigger an avalanche. Snowfall Thursday night will disuise the older drifting but not substantially change the issue. Look for and avoid dense snow below ridgelines and in spots downwind of terrain features where snow collects. Wind-sheltered slopes are your safer terrain choices.
