Small and medium-sized avalanches are possible. Especially on steep, little used north facing slopes individual slab avalanches are possible. This applies in particular in case of a large load. In steep terrain there is a danger of falling on the hard snow surface.

A clear night will be followed in the early morning by quite favourable conditions mostly, but the danger of wet avalanches will increase later. The surface of the snowpack will soften during the day. Faceted weak layers exist in the old snowpack in particular on steep north facing slopes. The old wind slabs are to be found in particular adjacent to ridgelines and in pass areas. The wind slabs are to recognise and can only be released in isolated cases.

The avalanche danger will increase during the day.
