Avalanche danger is low and avalanches are unlikely. Rock and ice fall are likely on the upper mountain as the day warms. 

Climbers: Winter ascents of Mount Shasta are more difficult and dangerous than in late spring and early summer. Please refer to the climbing advisory page for more information.
