Lo esencial
Still nothing new to report. The avalanche danger remains generally LOW. Human-triggered avalanches are unlikely right now on the Manti Skyline.
Snow and Weather
General Conditions: Unbelievable. The weather has been so out of the ordinary. We've seen high temperatures hitting 40°F pretty much every day this week. Wind has been generally light. It's picked up speed a little bit along the highest peaks over the last 24 hours but still remains generally light in most locations. The warm temperatures are taking a toll on the snowpack. Depths are decreasing as settlement and melting occur.
Mountain Weather: We'll have more sun with continued warm temperatures today. Expect highs again into the upper 30s to low 40s with generally light wind from the west-southwest. Sunday brings sun again with continued warm temperatures. There is a pattern change starting around the middle of next week where we might pick up a little snow but it does not look real promising to me at this point.
