Avalanche Activity

GC19/1 NW strong tracę snow, snowpack firm localised unstable windslab gullies and corrie rims generally avoidable Hazard Low.

Forecast Snow Stability: Snowpack stability will generally remain good with a firm and icy surface persisting in most areas. Unstable pockets of windslab may form in sheltered locations such as gulley exits and corrie rims where old snow underlies. These areas are not expected to be deep or extensive and should generally be avoidable. The avalanche hazard will be Low.
