The potential for a person to trigger one of these slabs will increase as the day warms and is more likely with larger loads such as snowmachines and/or groups of people. Very steep terrain that is ideal for high-marking, like large open slopes and the steep walls of cirques and bowls may be dangerous. Significant rainfall could initiate wet slides on steep slopes and road cuts.
