Lo esencial
Nearly 30 inches of new snow has fallen in the past 36 hours. Last night a fast moving naturally released avalanche crossed the highway on Teton Pass. An avalanche warning has been issued by the Bridger-Teton Avalanche Center for the Tetons. Dangerous slab avalanches and sluffs up to three feet in depth are likely to be triggered by backcountry skiers and riders and could release naturally. Once triggered these dangerous slabs and sluffs could run long distances.
