Lo esencial

The general avalanche hazard is MODERATE. Below an elevation of 9,000 feet temperatures have been mostly above freezing since Sunday. This thermal regime has created unstable conditions on steep slopes and in known avalanche paths. Wet slides are possible today and could release to the ground. Above an elevation of 9,000 feet pockets of dense slab up to 18 inches in depth could be triggered by humans in steep, wind loaded avalanche starting zones and cliff areas. These slabs also have some potential to step down to the ground.
