Avalanches are unlikely today except in isolated pockets where new snow from last night combined with expected snow today could be triggered in shallow pockets on steep snow covered slopes at the mid and upper elevations. If temperatures rise more than expected today, wet slide activity of both new and old snow will become possible. Low elevation slopes lack snow and therefore lack avalanche potential.
