The surface of the snowpack will only just freeze.

From the early morning as the moisture increases there will be a gradual increase in the danger of moist avalanches. In the regions exposed to heavier precipitation mostly small dry and moist avalanches are to be expected. These can be released in near-surface layers, even by a single winter sport participant. The avalanche prone locations are to be found in particular on very steep slopes at intermediate and high altitudes. The wind slabs of Friday remain in some cases prone to triggering at high altitude, caution is to be exercised in particular adjacent to ridgelines and in pass areas on very steep slopes. In high Alpine regions these avalanche prone locations are more widespread.

10 to 20 cm of snow fell on Friday above approximately 2300 m. In these regions in all altitude zones hardly any snow is lying. On sunny slopes as well as below approximately 2300 m from a snow sport perspective, in most cases insufficient snow is lying. At high altitudes and in high Alpine regions snow depths vary greatly, depending on the infuence of the wind. Individual weak layers exist in the snowpack on shady slopes.

The danger of natural avalanches will decrease gradually.
