The general avalanche hazard is LOW today. At the higher elevations, above 9,500 feet, isolated pockets of dense slab up to 18 inches in depth formed by northeast winds could be triggered in steep wind loaded avalanche starting zones and cliff areas. Mostly stable snow exists below 9,500 feet.
