Lo esencial

Colder air is moving into the region and mitigating the wet snow avalanche hazard. Some latent areas of isothermal snow may persist from the recent extended warm period however avalanches are unlikely. Normal caution is advised.

Avalanche Discussion

( Discussion is generated from the previous day's afternoon forecast. )Colder air is moving in from the west. Skies will become mostly cloudy with scattered snow showers. Temperatures will drop into the teens in the mountains and into the 20s in the valleys. Daytime highs on Wednesday will rise into the 20s in the mountains and into the 30s in the valleys. The cooler temperatures will mitigate the wet snow avalanche hazard. Avalanches are unlikely and therefor the general avalanche hazard is expected to be LOW.
