Avalanche Summary

You can trigger small avalanches on recently drifted slopes that sit directly below ridgetop. These avalanches can break 1 to 2 feet deep on weaker layers of snow and or crusts. Avoid these wind-drifted slopes to greatly reduce your chance of triggering an avalanche.
