Avalanche Summary

Recent westerly wind stiffened snow at upper elevations. You may be able to trigger a small avalanche in the drifted snow. Assess areas that look smooth or sound hollow, especially in consequential terrain.

You could see some small loose avalanches in recent and drifted snow. Rollerballs or pinwheels indicate that the snow surface is warming.
