Forecast Snow Stability: The patchy snow will become wet but remain well bonded. Greatest amounts will be found in North to East facing corries above 900 metres and around higher summits. The avalanche hazard will be Low.

Forecast Weather Influences: Rain at all levels throughout the day. Moderate Southerly winds, easing by late afternoon. Observed Weather Influences: A cloudy but dry day with the freezing level above the summits. Winds were moderate in strength from the South-West.
