As the day progresses as a consequence of the new snow there will be an increase in the danger of moist avalanches. Some fresh snow and the small wind slabs must be evaluated with care and prudence in all aspects above approximately 2000 m.

Avalanche Activity

As the day progresses as a consequence of the new snow there will be an increase in the danger of moist avalanches. Some fresh snow and the small wind slabs must be evaluated with care and prudence in all aspects above approximately 2000 m.

Snowpack Structure

The new snow represents the main danger. Field observations confirm this situation. By midday as the penetration by moisture increases there will be an increase in the avalanche danger within the current danger level.
