Winds will be fresh, some North-North-East but backing to the North then North-North-West early afternoon. Observed Weather Influences: A bright day with some broken cloud cover around the tops. A temperature of -5 degrees was recorded at 900 metres. There was a strong breeze from the East-North-East.
