Adjacent to ridgelines rather small wind slabs formed. Individual avalanche prone locations are to be found in extremely steep terrain in high Alpine regions.
The snowpack is largely stable and its surface has a melt-freeze crust. Wind slabs are lying mostly on the smooth surface of an old snowpack. From a snow sport perspective, in most cases insufficient snow is lying.
