Lo esencial

Mostly stable snow exists. Human triggered avalanches are unlikely and are mostly limited to extreme terrain, like cliff areas and hanging snowfields. In these areas some potential may remain for hard slab avalanches to fail to the ground surface on very steep, rocky faces where faceted snow persist at the base of the snowpack.

Avalanche Discussion

Dryer air has moved into the region. Skies will be partly cloudy on Monday. Temperatures are forecast to drop into the 20s overnight at all elevations and rise into the 30s during the day. Winds will be west to west-southwest at 5 to 10 miles per hour.Mostly stable snow exist and avalanches are unlikely except in isolated areas in extreme terrain. The general avalanche hazard is expected to be LOW.
