Lo esencial
At the high elevations skiers and riders could initiate recently fallen light snow in the form of sluffs or as soft shallow slabs in steep terrain. Significant avalanche activity is not expected at the mid and low elevations.
Avalanche Discussion
Clear and dry conditions with stronger inversions are expected on Saturday. Temperatures at the higher elevations are to reach the upper twenties. Ten to fifteen mile per hour northwest winds are expected. The general avalanche hazard will be LOW. With the exception of the potential for sluffing in high very steep terrain avalanches are unlikely in the mostly stable faceted snowpack.
