Southwest winds with averages between ten and twenty miles per hour and high temperatures in the mid twenties are expected. The general avalanche hazard is expected to be moderate above an elevation of 9000 feet where skiers and riders have the potential to trigger soft slabs with depths to two feet in steep wind loaded avalanche terrain. Avalanches below 9000 feet are unlikely except for in the form of isolated pockets with depths to one foot in very steep terrain or in shallow new surface slabs or sluffs depending on how much new snow is received.
