( Discussion is generated from the previous day's afternoon forecast. )Expect slightly warmer temperatures tomorrow with highs in the mid-twenties in the mountains. Skies may be slow to clear completely but skies will be partly cloudy by afternoon. Wind will moderate overnight with speeds 10-15 mph tomorrow at the ridgetops. Wind slabs which developed in the past 24 hours will remain a concern tomorrow. These slabs could be 2-3 feet thick and exist primarily on northwest, north and east aspects. Human or machine triggering will be possible above 8,500’. Be sure to look for the typical signs of wind loading if you venture into steep, upper elevation terrain.
