Wet loose and wet slab avalanches could become a potential hazard after temperatures warm and snow surfaces soften. The general avalanche hazard will be LOW in the early morning hours and will increase to MODERATE after significant warming has occurred. Shallow surface slabs up to 18 inches in depth could be human triggered on very steep slopes and could step down into buried layers of weak faceted snow. Wet loose slides may fail on the ground surface on steep slopes where the snowpack is shallow and isothermal.
