Lo esencial

The general avalanche hazard remains MODERATE. Hard slabs one to three feet in depth lie upon a persistant weak layer of faceted snow and could be human triggered. This instability varies throughout the snowpack on all aspects with Northerly aspects showing the most significant weak layer. The snow above this weak layer has hardened making slopes more stable but also making failure hard to predict and also providing the ability for riders or skiers to make multiple lags on an unstable slope before it fails.
