Cornice falls and Wet loose avalanche potential will be very low, yet the potential will rise through the day on solar aspects that are being heated by the Sun. 

Use caution near cornice edges and if you are seeing rollerballs or if you are sinking deep into the snow, move to a cooler aspect that is not receiving direct sunlight.

More Sun and low danger for another day before a weather pattern change. Crusts may soften if the Sun stays with us. Machines will overheat early in the morning and the crusty surface may be the most dangerous thing you deal with during the day.

Another wet storm system off the Pacific coast should come in Wednesday and start to elevate avalanche danger by loading and testing our snowpack. 2 weeks without snow and warm temps have left us with a variety of surfaces like slick sun and rain crusts, and wind hardened snow. These surfaces are likely going to challenge bonding of the new snow. Weak layers of crusts and facets in the upper foot may fail under the weight of 2-3 feet of new snow through the weekend?
