The general avalanche hazard is MODERATE in steep upper elevation avalanche terrain. Soft slabs up to 20' could be human triggered on any steep slope that was holding snow previous to the storm cycle beginning Wednesday night. The general avalanche hazard is LOW in areas not underlain by hard old snow surfaces.
