Avalanche Summary

Recent avalanche problems have quickly healed, and most slopes are safe to travel on. In areas that received more snowfall from recent storms, look out for small pockets of lingering wind-drifted snow. Consider the consequences of being caught in a small avalanche before you travel on slopes steeper than around 40 degrees.
