Avalanche Summary

Although the danger is LOW there is still a slim chance you could find a weak area in the snowpack and trigger a slide. You can reduce your chances of starting a slide further by riding on homogeneous slopes with over five feet of snow that do not have trigger points. You should continue to practice good travel techniques, carry rescue equipment, and travel with a trusted partner exposing only one person at a time to hazards.
