Lo esencial

The General Avalanche Hazard is MODERATE at the Mid and Upper elevations and LOW at the Lower elevations, and will rise corresponding to the amount of daily warming. Backcountry travelers could trigger surface slabs one to three feet in depth. These slabs will become more susceptible to failure as the day warms. In addition, any extended periods of sunshine could weaken the snow surface and cause pinwheels, wet loose sloughs, and cornice drops. Backcountry travelers need to pay attention to the amount of heating, and adjust their plans accordingly if signs of significant warming are observed.
