Dense slabs to four feet in depth exist on steep wind loaded aspects at mid and upper elevations. High winds continue to add snow and stresses to these slabs. These slabs continue to be triggered throughout the region by skiers, boarders and snow machiners. At lower elevations smaller slabs lie on weak snow and crusts and could be triggered on steep terrain and in gullies.
