Lo esencial

Colder temperatures have added stability to the snowpack. At upper elevations areas of unstable snow exist where dense slabs formed from recent snow and strong winds from the West to Northeast lie in avalanche terrain. Pockets of these slabs could be be human triggered today on steep slopes particularly near cliff and rocky areas and could pull out deeper layers of recent snow to four feet in depth. At the mid elevations isolated pockets of shallow soft slab could be released by backcountry users on steep rocky slopes. At low elevations avalanches are unlikely today.
