The storm is expected to bring 100 to 150 mm of rain by Monday afternoon, continuing to saturate an already wet and rapidly diminishing snowpack. Freezing levels may fluctuate, but it's expected that it will rain right to mountain top in the region. Conditions will be terrible for travel.
